A Haji’s Dastan poetry
Dates I ate and zamzam I drank
Sorry but little I brought for my friends
Jainamaz from Makkah were made in China, I repent
So little did I find any attraction in tasbihs from Taiwan
All-Star hotels and all-star buffet
some stayed within the Haram, yet in the cafe
Just what did this Haji returned with in the end?
that every seeker shall have what he intends
And for friends, God’s mercy that shall never end
